This is the part # for the CETA panel. It is black with Silver writing. 10312725 . It is $112.56 from the dealer, and only like $81.05 from gmpartsdirect.com

I thought he was talking about the Black WS6 badge. $80 sounds about right on Ebay. Someone made a few and was asking around 100 I thought. As for the CE Rear Panel/Filler. It's listed as 80 something at my dealer. I can get them at cost if someone wants one. I'm not sure what cost is yet, but I can find out. Probably $20 or so cheaper.
