Freakin' scratch in the paint...
Fortunately it doesn't appear to be too bad, probably just in the clear. I took a clay bar to it and it got rid of all of the residual scratches but there's one 1" long one left. It wouldn't be so bad but it's right in the middle of the passenger side door. It looks like somebody dropped something up against the side of the car.
Anybody know what the best solution for solving this problem is. I know it's because I won best paint at the last show I was at and now it's coming back to haunt me, LOL.
Thanks in advance.

There are alot of different ways you could go about this... Before I ever used Zaino, I would use a buffer and buff it out with compound and then go over that with machine glaze and then with hand glaze and finally with wax.... But now I would try z5 first and if that wont do it then try the buffing technique.
Try the most gentle way first and see if that helps. But I don't think Z5 will fill in a deep scratch. I had a scratch on my car and the only thing that made it go away was to get it buffed out.

Start gentle then work your way up in grit
