Default Interior Cleaning Question

Okay so I'm in the process of restoring my interior with new dash pad, headliner, seat covers etc...well I have all my interior plastic parts out of my car and I want to clean them but after all the years in my car from dirt in the air or w/e some pieces have dirt/grease in the tiny lil cracks all over the part. What would be the best way to get them out? Would a degreaser like simple green be good or is that too powerful?
