conclusion:
I FAILED!! I'm gonna have to bite the bullet and let you guys know I just FAILED! I ended up making it too thick w/ the layers of Carbon Fiber and it wouldn't fit back into the slots of the lower console. I'm not even sure if I used the correct epoxy for the project cause I ended up w/ some yellowing spots. but for the most part it came out better than I thought......but still a disgusting piece of ****................SOO I TOOK THE ******* THING, PLACED IT ON A ROCK, AND SLEDGEHAMMERED IT INTO PIECES. a huge waste of time and MONEY! I'm currently purchasing a new upper console. FML

^^^ Awesome! I have MANY failed peices of schrapnal scattered around my garage as well! I actually have 2 sets of door panels I fubared before I was able to put together a decent set.... and they still kind of suck. Keep trying, you will get it.
yahh....costly mistakes...but i'll get there...... well in two weeks from now I'll be done w/ my rear seat delete box . it's gonna look tight. i'm striving to achieve close to the same look as Trents past setup
