First I got medium grade steel wool to get the polish off the spokes then cleaned the spokes with laquar thinner and masked off the whole wheel then sprayed adhesion promoter, then self etching primer, sanded with 400 grit then painted the color I wanted and finally put a couple coats of clear and done.

The grill is from after thoughts auto
Turbo setup was single 60mm garret all stock car except valve springs and clutch for 10lbs of boost
Turbo lag wasn't that bad made custom 2 1/2" exhaust from manifold to turbo and ehaust wrapped.
