BTW how hard where the rear header bolts to get too...did you get them from the top or from under the bottom (if possible?) I am thinking about installing my LTs this week and I am really not looking forward to it!
The rear bolts are not a complete nightmare. I did them all from the top, but it helps that I'm really skinny. I'm not sure if you can go from the bottom. You might be able to if you have the stock manifolds, but I'm not entirely sure.
Do yourself a favor to take off the oil dipstick tube before you do anything. Also, remove all the coil packs, and I'd suggest removing the valve covers. It makes life a lot easier

I did take the AIR off myself. I don't believe that there were any vacuum lines for the AIR, but I believe there might be on the 2002 cars. You'll have to look into that a little more. Mine did pull off very easily though.
