My new Trans Am

97 T/A 6 speed, black on ebony leather. BONE stock aside from a flowmaster i think, and also has !skip shift!

has a full stereo with JL components, speakers and 4 channel amp with a nice old school Alpine hu. just needs a little bump.

has 130k miles but is by far the comfiest and nicest 4th gen i've owned. the interior on this thing still feels like new aside from the normal bolster wear on the seats. paint has some issues but overall the car is in great shape and a new paint job is in store for it ASAP as well as a hood and wheels.

just got the windows tinted today as they were still stock and untouched.

have lots of plans for it, but its awesome to be back in a T/A!

my old T/A that i regret getting rid of...

thanks guys. paid 4k for it. i figured if i'm gonna have a car that is just gonna eat my money, i might as well get something clean and unfucked with. haha. so basically everything that happens with this car will be done by me. should be a sick ride in a few years or less

4k is cheap, nice.. seems the paint wasn't taken care of.. could use a nice clay and buff and or wetsand. Was that front passenger panel repainted or is it just faded?

yep, just a little neglegence as far as the paint goes but like you said, a nice clay and buff should help until i respray it. and ya the pass. fender was repainted i think a long time ago and the cheaper clear coat just started showing. hehe.

thoughts on a fiberglass hood? i'm thinking the stinger hood will look real nice. i know a WS6 hood would be sweet but it's not a real ws6 so kinda wanna stay away from that....

It looks like the right side of the car was involved into an accident and the piece replaced or is it just the paint?

I wouldn't worry about having a 93-97 WS6 hood on a non-WS6 car. Everybody does it. The big thing is when it comes to badging & passing it off as a WS6.

exactly. i made mine as close to factory as possible including adding the OEM blockoff plate for where the old airbox went into but i won't put badges on it. heck i haven't even put RAM AIR decals on the hood because i like the clean look without them. if i did add them, they'd be gold to match my rear filler decals.
