Change 948 to 945 or 940 at the end for different thickness. I used 1/8". Depending on how much you need I still have quite a bit left. Send me an email if you will be in the Arlington area and I can give some.

the only thing i have found @ home depot was plexi-glass. not to sure how it would look painted.

Re: raw plastic sheet? Here is a video of my gauges. http://home.attbi.com/~cdcastle1/Gauges.mpg (5.7MB) I used the plastic to create gauge cutouts near the shifter (stop the video at the beginning) and the driver side a/c vent
