69 z/28 emblems

69 z/28 emblems can anyone help me with the 69 z/28 emblems. i want to ask before i go out and buy them. i want to know since they're made for the 69 camaros,if they were to be bolted onto the fender or if they go on like the factory 2001 z28 emblem that uses some sort of tape?
also if you know of a site to where they have good prices or any information.

Re: 69 z/28 emblems The emblems will come with studs on them for mounting through the fender. These can be easily ground/cut off with a dremel tool and then mount the emblem using emblem tape. I mounted the 1970 emblems I hjave through the fenders for the tightest fit possible, but do it either way you like.
You can get the emblems from www.camarosandclassics.com or year one or many others. I believe a sponsor carries them as well.

That will give you an idea of what would have to be cut off to use emblem tape.
