depends if there is a lot of moisture in the air.

One day i took the car out, put the damprid on my garge shelf, next day i came back and all the material that makes up the damp rid was in the bottom of the cup in water form

So like i said it depends on the mositure

 

could use a dehumidifier

 

my garage is heated/air conditioned.

 

Did you buy the Damprid?
