Default Side Markers Fogging Up/Water inside

I have some black side markers from ebay that have been on the car since april. Only recently have they began fogging and such as I have heard and read that they would do. I have seen threads on here before about this problem; however, the search is back on the failboat and yielded me no results on the issue. What is the fix for this problem? Do they need to be sealed up or what?

You need to run a bead of silicone all the way around the seam where the lens meets the housing. It may also help to put a bead around the socket once the bulb is in.

i ordered a set of clear corners, and then ordered LED turn signals, and the resistors that i needed to make them blink.... heat from a regular bulb melts the plastic where the bulb goes in and lets them draw moisture. i've had my set for over 2 years now and not a fog or leak at all.... i had to learn this the hard way after 2 different sets of corners melting and leaking

Also depends on the corners you get too.

My first set of black corners were cheap and melted away and leaked. My 2nd set are better quality and have a metal heat shield in them, no melting yet, no fog, no burnt bulbs.
