List Methods For Removing Door Dings?? Well some ******* nailed his Escalade Door into my wifes Ramair leaving a door ding in the rear quarter panel...What are some methods you can use to remove or lessen the dent without having to repaint??? I've heard dry ice works???

If you can get to it from the inside a spoon sometimes will work, just lightly rub (using the round side) the the ding from the inside until you get it to where you like it. There is also what is known as Paintless Repair men, check with your dealer and see if they use someone to remove dings from cars that have been traded in before they sell them.
