Default embossed door cards

Does anyone have a write up on how to do the embossed door cards or an embossed headliner? Someone posted a picture a while ago of their door cards with the phoenix logo popping out of it, and it looked awesome. Looking to do the same to my car this weekend, and looking for a bit of guidance! I tried search, but it didnt come up with anything promising.

You're welcome. Honestly, it's not that hard. You can use a hard foam to make the design, or even cardboard. That's a favorite thread of mine though. I plan on doing something like that when I do my doors.

That's kind of slick, I'd never do it personally but I kind of like it on a show car or something...

I tore my door panels off on my 93 pontiac and was gonna replace the cloth insert with some red inserts. The only problem I have is that the inserts are held in the panel by a bunvh of melted plastic fasteners. If u cut the ends off you can't reattach the insert to it un less u figure out some new way of holding the whole door panel together. I was pissed but I know people have changed these out so hopefully someone could give me an idea

A good "how to" on the door cards, doesnt have anything about embossing them though.
