I have O.E.M. carpet out of 2000 TA. Good shape,no stains. You will never get better fit than factory and all the holes for seat belt,seats,etc you have to cut yourself when you buy aftermarket. I am in Florida so with the weight of the carpet and depending on where you are, could make shipping high. $150.00 + SHIPPING.
The aftermarket ones dont fit perfect, (I just put one in). but once you trim it, and put all the interior pieces back in.
I had it rough, i put in sound deadening, and a cage. Then trimmed it to fit, so it was alot harder.
Get an aftermarket one, not too hard. you can get it in black, if you want. It looks real nice.

I dont mind having to work with it a little as long as it looks good... what brand did you use?

StockInteriors, or SpeedInc have the two best replacement sets of carpet in my opinion. Both are sponsors, I believe. Stock Interiors is more plush, however, if you are trying to save weight SpeedInc has lightweight, abeit thin carpet that looks good to boot. I went with the black replacement carpet from StockInteriors. I will be installing it next week, and will let you know. Honestly, I never liked any of the ones off of eBay. It seemed they all had that gay rubber footwell patch for the drivers side, looked tacky to me and was the same price as the two aforementioned companies.

Not a problem bro cause I just sold it. I don't know how much car restoring you have done but whenever you can get O.E.M. in good condition do not hesitate. The carpet you are looking to get quite simply sucks but hey, good luck.
