i have read that when you buy a triple pillar pod for a TT car that there is modification involved is this true or not? if is there any company out there that sells where there is no mods needed? not wanting to do any mods like that just want to take the stock pillar out and replace with new? any one running prosport premium gauges in there car or heard anything good or bad about them?

 

There's no modding for a T-Top car....just for the hardtops. Also you don't take out the stock a-pillar you have to drill holes in it for the tabs to hold on the pod pillar which then goes over top of it.

 

Michelle instead of drilling the holes for the push pins, i was thinking of putting velcro in there... If that doesnt work then i will put the push pins in..

 

Jonas....the velcro will leave the gauge pod pillar too far away from the stock one.

 

so what about prosport gauges? anyone using them or what do you prefer about to buy some so im kinda getting some last minute opinions. i do what the black face when the car is off i like that look.
