Repaint, Restore, or Replace?

Repaint, Restore, or Replace? Guys, the rear panel with the firebird emblem (between the tail lights) is fading fast. Would it be better to repaint it, or is there a way to replace it? Or should I just replace it with another panel from a better condition Firebird?

You can just sand what's left and polish it for a clean, all black look if you like that. Or you could get off the old bird, polish it up, then get new vinyl decals for it.

Don’t waist your time and money sanding it and repainting it. Just buy a decal off of ebay or from one of our sponsors. They are cheap, like $10-$15 and they last for at least 5 years. To get the old one off, use acetone on a rag. It may take a little while but the old decal will eventually all come off. This is what I did with my V6 Firebird and my current Trans Am.
