Default jb weld on paint

anyone know how to remove jbweld off paint? my friends car has a streak of it on his 1/4 panel. any ideas?
clay bar,would paint thinner hurt it?

I woud try the clay bar first. Call a body shop. They might be able to help you out.

Whatever paint thinner would remove the JB Weld will damage the paint no doubt, so don't do that.

I had a spot of it on my car. I used one of those 3M scratch prep pens that come with the little circles of sand paper, but the paper is too fine.
So I made my own out of course paper and very carefully got it down, then switched to the fine stuff that came with the kit it's 2000 I think. The hand polished it right out to nothing.
