wait till the sun goes down or peaking on the horizon.
be fast, cuz you only have about a 30-45 minute window before it gets too dark. if you have a DSLR bring your tripod. and if the sun goes down too much, shoot at about 1/30th or 1/40th of a second on "shutter priority mode".
