I decided to try some westleys bleche white on mine. Sprayed it on, but didnt let it sit to long (not sure if it harms your paint) and then took the soapy wash rag and that stuff came right off. Or you could use Goo gone, but that **** likes to smudge.

Stoner's Tarminator, WD-40, Goo Gone, etc.

Allow to dwell (but not dry). Gently rub to remove. Reapply as necessary. Make sure to re-wax the treated areas afterward.

The commercial tar removers all seem to work pretty well. But if you spray some PAM on the quarter panel before doing burnouts, the rubber will hose right off.

I've used Acetone and Mineral Spirits. They both work damn good.

I've always used gas on my stuff, just a little bit on a rag. Then wash with soap and water, and put some wax back on it.

I would just start out with all purpose cleaner and a bug sponge. It should easily take off the tar after a couple minutes and then u can try it on the rubber. If the rubber doesnt come off then id start looking at more powerful options like rubbing compund.

Acetone works great as long as you have a clear coat paint job. Takes a lot off, you will just need to buff the area after as it will haze

Very hard on the paint. It might not be the end of the world if you just wipe it right off but i would not let it set for more the a second or two.
