New paint job

I would stongly suggest talking to the shop that paints your car. They would now best.

If they bake the finsih, you can definitely wash it earlier. If they air dry it, I think it's around 60 - 90 days.
The time to full cure depends on the surface temperature of the vehicle (A black Chevelle which is all steel will dry much faster than a white Corvette) The speed of the reducer in the clear, and the speed of the hardener.
A general rule of thumb is to press on the paint with your thumb in the sun. If it leaves a slight imprint, it is too soft to wax. If the car is kept outside during the day, it is usually fully cured after 2 or 3 weeks.
