tire and wheel guys in here !!! I was looking at getting some silver z06 wheels with tires in the near future. www.performancewheeloutlet.com has them in 17x9.5 for $219.00/wheel and 18x9.5 for $239/wheel. Is this a good price? Do you think that would be a good size? What 17's in the front and 18's in the back work? If so what size tires would I need for these 17's and 18's in order to keep everything how it is with no speedo recal? Also what is a good set of tires to slap on these (street not drag) that won't cost me an arm and a leg? Thanks in advance guys.
update: someone told me a speedo recal is unavoidable. I was looking at an auction on ebay for 17x9.5 (54mm) and 18x10.5 (58mm) backs....will those fit on my car without any fitmen problems?

Re: tire and wheel guys in here !!! Tire sizes:
17" x 9.5" use a 275/40ZR17 tire, same as OEM Camaro SS tire size so speedo is fine.
18" x 9.5" (yes they are available) use a 275/35ZR18 tire, again same overall diameter as stock, so no speedo issues.
18" x 10.5" I recommend a 295/35ZR18 tire, now this tire is a little taller than stock so speedo calibration is required.
So, if you don't want to mess with the speedo avoid the 10.5" wheel. Either choose (4) 17" x 9.5" or (4) 18" x 9.5" or a combination of both.
