Need WetSanding Help & Tips
Need WetSanding Help & Tips Hey guys,
I'm most likely buying an 86 Camaro. It deifnitely looks like it was resprayed, but maybe a year or so ago. It has some chips and stuff that I will fix, but it also has some light orange peel, hazing, all that stuff. I don't even know if it was clear-coated.
Anyway, I've wetsanded several things on my car before and with good results. However, if I buy this car, I plan on wetsanding the whole car. Could I get maybe some step-by-step instructions, or just general tips? Such as:
What grit to use for what parts of the car, any techniques, (ESPECIALLY) what polishes to use to buff out the sanding marks, all stuff like that.
I've seen several of you wetsand with great results, so please let me know!
