Paint line on inside rear quarter panel (help)

Paint line on inside rear quarter panel (help) I removed a sticker today on the rear quarter panel (It was on the inside when you open the door). It was a 3m invisible footprint security sticker that's been on the car since I got it in 2006.
I didn't think when I removed it as afterwards I remembered the RQP got re-painted from when some lady sideswiped me. I now have a paint line in the shape of the sticker which was about 4 inches showing the previous paint. A buddy of mine says this could start peeling and chipping.
This is really bothering me as minor as it sounds. Anyway I can blend it in or something? Luckily its on the inside so you cannot see it unless you open the door.

if the paint is stuck good and doesnt peel and the build up isnt to think it might sand and buff down so its not as noticable, if not use the factory seems in the door jamb to mask it off and repaint it
