Headlights ideas for LS1 Trans ams??

Headlights ideas for LS1 Trans ams?? need some help here...
I've seen the clear headlights for the LS1 trans ams (on rksport.com) .. i personally think that they look better than stock headlights ONLY because the High Beams and low beams work together .. but they kinda cost too much ... so I was thinking about doing a mod for my headlights...
I wanted the High Beams, low beams, and fog lights to work together (but ofcourse with the high beams being exactly as bright as the low beams) I also wanted the high beams to work as both low beams and high beams without abusing the car in any way (no electric system problems no burnt wires or housings no battery loss of power... nothing... just completely normal)

if anyone knows how to do this mod Please Help... i think it looks amazing... i just want it to look amazing in real life too!
