Ball Point Hammer Dent I have what seems to be a ball point hammer dent on the right rear wheel quarter panel. It's about 2-3 inches up from the middle of the tire. It is dime-size in diameter, and still has the paint perfectly intact. It doesn't look very deep, it really isn't noticeable unless your a perfectionist <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> !
I was just wondering if anyone knows how much this would cost to get out?
Is there a way I could pop it out myself? My friends say a plunger is out of the question, because it'll make it bigger. I tried to get to it from the inside by taking off the speaker holder, but there's still another layer of plastic or whatever. If there's a way I could do it myself cheaply and easily, I'd gladly try it.
When it comes to my car, All I want is perfection. So this dent has to go! Thanks for the help.

Re: Ball Point Hammer Dent Norm, check with a few of the cars dealers in your area or look in the yellow pages for "paintless auto repair", these guys can work wonders. They have all kinds of tools to get into hard places, when there done you can't see the damage and there was no painting needed. Check around and I'm sure you'll be able to find the right guy.
