need help...tint peeling

i had this tint put on about a year ago. 3 months after it was put on i had the window motor rebuilt and ever since then my tint has started to peel off very slowly. it started off with two little holes and as time went on it kept peeling all the way down. i want to get the tint re done but i dont want it to peel again. does anyone know why this is happening or how i can fix it. the picture is kind of hard to see but i tried.

i would say you have something scraping the window when you roll it up and down. take you door panel off and watch the window go up and down, and see if anything is touchin the glass.

Same EXACT thing is on my window. To save you some time i took the panel off, and the felt guide is broken off, the metal is tearing it off all the way down.
