Engine bay Cleaned up the appearance of the engine bay a bit. Trying to keep it close to stock (mechanically). Do you guys have any suggestions for more low-cost dress-up mods? Wire mod is on my to-do list.
P.S. Car is a '99 and has almost 150k miles on the body.

CLEAN!!! I like it. the only thing that stands out to me is the front bumper support. since your hood latch is pretty and black, it makes that gray/faded support look awful. it just unbolts with two middle bolts and the three pop rivets. I had to paint to mine. Looks 100x better.

From the factory, no less. I used the support from my donor car which is a black '01 SS. I also painted the latch mechanism and a few nuts/bolts/washers (or used ones from the black SS).
It's cracked behind the drivers side adjuster. I'll plastic epoxy it and then paint.
I'll look into a DIY method for that. My budget is next to nothing as far as appearance mods go.
Can't do !AIR because the CA referees will be looking at it soon due to a recently completed engine swap. It needs to have all of the emissions equipment installed.

a one-step polish/sealer works amazing on the stock underhood paint. The engine has less miles on it but I cleaned it up some before the install while it was sitting outside of the car. There's a couple other detailing tricks I know.

I am thinking the next appearance thing to do is finish fully polishing the TB and MAF, and also cut out the fin in the MAF housings, grind it down, then polish the inner diameter too (since you can see it with the clear lid). Then get to work on polishing the valve covers... Oh, and the ground wire in the below pic, and the one opposite to it on the drivers side shock tower:
