I've got a bright red '99 T/A and I'm wanting a good accent color to set the car off so to speak. I've already added some red to the engine bay and all my suspension stuff is red thus far. I've got the charcoal gray interior with black painted accents. I'm thinking since I've got black painted accents inside, and since I've got tinted windows outside, that black would be a good accent color. I was thinking of Firebat overlays on the front 'bird, Trans Am door script, and PONTIAC rear fill in letters. I was also thinking of painted the calipers black and putting some Trans Am decals on them as well. I'm thinking this will tie the car together and stay with a nice two color scheme, but was wanting some input. I've also considered a charcoal metallic similar to the interior color for the outer accents as well as silver and white. I was just wanting some more input on what everyone thinks would look good. Thanks for any input.

Although it would be subtle I think silver would be the way to go.
Paint your calipers charcoal grey like the standard Vette, with the brackets painted silver and brushed chrome Trans Am decals!

The colors for my car are Red, Silver and Black.

If you go too much red and black be prepared to be flamed as a Ricer. My interior is completely red and black in my Z, I get flamed on the net , but praised in person . Do whatever you like best, I think red and black is the way to go, silver can only be a subtle accent as almost everything else will be black, so it won't "set the car off". It will look good though.
