Default Houndstooth or Stay factory?

I have an Artic White Z28 maybe some of you have seen it. It has a black and white theme on the outside but I am wanting to upgrade the interior a little. I currently have black leather in my 02, how would a Houndstooth theme on the inside look? I thought it might be a little more unique.

To be honest, I don't think I've ever seen a real houndstooth interior I DIDN'T like.

It would look killer, especially on a white/black car.

tbird31 made up my mind. Black with houndstooth inserts. I have never seen one a 4th gen with that interior in person and love the way that looks, Thanks.

What about getting something embroidered in the headrest?

Headrest you could have the standard "SS" embroiders, but also have it cut out of houndstooth. That would be cool and i think the two s's at least would be wide enough to justify it, and then whatever else you have just do in white. Should really accent it IMO!

Forget about mail order seats! Just take it to your local upholstery shop! Literally 100% customized and its the same price as those mail order seats! You could have them do literally anything for you, if they dont stock it they will have practically unlimited sources available to them as opposed to companies like year one who mass produce them with just a few options and then they sit on the shelf until someone comes along and orders them exactly the way they were already made!

Hawksthirdgenparts.com has the White leather with white and black houndstooth. I keep trying to talk myself into White leather but just don't know how hard it would be to clean and how it would hold up to getting in and out of the car. Granted I only drive it when the sun is out, maybe 1-2 times a week.

i love my white leather but you do have to be careful about what you are wearing/have on your clothes and i do put towels down on the seat bottoms to protect from wear. its a handful to keep clean but im a freak about how my car looks lol, that is why i took my back seats out just to eliminate having to clean so much white leather,2 is better then 4.
