Cleaning Exhuast tips - - Getting Rusty

Cleaning Exhuast tips - - Getting Rusty The inside of my chrome Hooker exhaust tips are getting pretty damned rusty. What is the best way to clean them? Aren't they aluminum? If so, could I polish the inside?

Re: Cleaning Exhuast tips - - Getting Rusty I'd say, just spray paint the insides of the exhaust tips with a good quality high heat flat black paint.
Then just keep the outsides all shiney with a good polish!
