Body conversion!! I want to convert my 95 firebird to a 1998-2002 bird by changing the bumpers and hood. is this possible to do? and if so would i need any extra stuff besides the obvious bumpers and hood.
you need the bumper, hood, fenders, headlights, headlight brackets, headlight motors all the lights for the bumper and there are a few things im probably missing. its not cheap but it can be done
What he said. The 95 will always be a 95, even putting $1.5-2K+ into conversion parts, and maybe another $2K in paint. Likely will never align the body parts satisfactorily anyway. I too have seen it done, but can't really see that it makes sense financially.

I did my 95 camaro and i could care less what it is financially! Its all about what you want, i don't care what my car is worth and body parts will line up just fine if you know what you are doing both cars are the same except for brackets/bumper support etc. If you can find the fenders/bumpers used the brackets and stuff are cheap even if you buy them brand new!!
