Camaro gauge cluster in Firebird dash?

Will a 2000 Camaro SS gauge cluster fit in a 99-02 Firebird TA dash? Looking at doing a dash swap (adding a FB dash to my Camaro for the look). But I want to keep my Camaro cluster!

Any help is appreciated.

i have never done a direct swap, but the connector for those years are the same. depending on options, you may have too little wires on one connector. hook it up and see if everything works.

Yes it will. A few years back I got a whole TA cluster, all I wanted was the plastic overlay which separated the gauges. I was curious to see how many miles were on the TA Speedo, and it fit right in. It's the exact same design, and the overlay gauge separation piece fits on to of the Camaro cluster with no problem.
