bubbles
bubbles I have ground effects on my car and front peice has a few air bubbles in it so I took off the piece cause I could not stand the imperfect spots. I am a little tight on cash now so I am trying to save some cash. SHould I just sand it down good and send it to the paint shop? What grit should I use to sand with? Please help me with this.

Re: bubbles Use 600 or 800 grit wet/dry paper, cut into quarters and let it sit in a bucket of water for a couple of hours (add about two oz. of dish soap to the water). While you'er sanding keep spraying water on the area with either a spray bottle of garden hose, if possible a garden hose would work better because you can keep a constent flow of water going while sanding. The water will wash away any particles that could cause sratches, change the paper often so that also won't cause you a problem. I should have mentioned this earlier but keep dipping the paper in the soapy water, the soap acts as a lubricant.
