!egr block off plate
I would just opt for an LS6 intake manifold (no EGR). Deleting the EGR on a stock LS1 manifold is not going to net you any HP. You will also need to delete the EGR code in your PCM if you don't want to stare at a permanent SES light once you remove the EGR valve.
I believe the plate your talking about just fill in the depression in the intake manfold on non-EGR intakes (ie: LS6) They are NOT made to actually close-off the EGR hole in an EGR style manifold like you have.

We made the prototype from plastic then Rob had the rest milled out by the shop we use.. then just powder paint and mill to taste..
Being that you have heards I DOUBT that your car will be warranteed anymore anyway. Most dealeships don't even like a cat back exhaust especially if a guy owns the vehicle. Much less a $1300 set of headers.

No we talked to the dealership about that, and they said any bolt-ons are fine as long as all the internals are stock.
