How do you remove the 3 piece spoiler

I have the ground effects package on my Z28 and i want to change the spoiler to an SS spoiler but the problem is on the sides of the trunk there is the spoiler pieces on it that continue to it. Here is a picture so you can see what i mean. http://image1ex.villagephotos.com/extern/513899.jpg

There's bolts on the underside you have to remove. Be warned, you will have holes in the quarter panels.

Anyway i could get these bolts plug up and use touch up paint instead of a new panel and repainting it?
