Do 96 RS side ground fx mount the same as 98+ gfx?

Do 96 RS side ground fx mount the same as 98+ gfx? I need to replace one of the side skirts and someone has one from a 98-02 car OEM piece. Mine has RS OEM gfx. Will they interchange? Do they mount the same way?
Also any pics of how they fit to the car. I just bought this car and that side was knocked off. I only see a row of holes in the rocker.
