Where to find DASH CAP (93-02)
My car is a 95' trans am. Has a broken center vent face, I went to remove the assembly from the dash and the three spikes on the assembly ripped the vinyl cover. Its small but I can't live with it.
Where can I find a dash cap (the piece that holds the three center vents)
Ive tried for hours searching online. Maybe the dealership? Any help is appreciated

It is the entire dash. Those vents are held in by the dash itself. Sorry for the bad news. New dash, live with it, or try to cover it.
The piece covering the radio is entirely different. It only fits into the dash, it isn't a part of it. It pops right off.

There are a lot of people wrapping their interiors right now with "leather," myself included. Some are wrapping the dash itself too. It makes the car feel brand new from what I hear (and hope), so it is something to consider, but the dash is tricky to wrap, it usually needs seems to make it fit right and even then it can sag eventually after heat.
If you don't want to wrap it, there are two options that I know of that might help.
1. Ebay. I saw someone selling their entire dash in PERFECT condition gauges, radio, HVAC and vents included. Pretty amazing combo at $300 shipped. I'm sure without the goodies in it, you might be able to find one cheaper somewhere.
2. Dye the dash. If the scratches are not too deep, you could scuff the area up a little to texture it, or use a vinyl repair kit (like $8 at a parts store), then use a product like SEM to dye the dash hopefully covering the scratched parts.
If you get a chance, post up some pics, it might be repairable.
