Default latest pics. new setup...

Well of course, with looks there's always a dollar amount attached. The CCWs are amazing wheels, BUT they are expensive...too expensive for this college kid that wants to fix his car. I finally sold the CCWs to a friend of mine, and picked up these TT2s at the end of this past week. Yes it's a bit of a down grade but they still do look great.

Now however I have the ability to fix the car and hit the show/track season head on this year, which I'm really looking forward to. It might not have been the best decision from yalls standpoint on how the car looks, but it was the smarter choice expense wise for me.

When I got them:

After 5 hours and some AWESOME use of BLING MASTER!

Comparison

Some Saturday fun.

heh heh...

Well, the bottom end has quite a few miles on it and we're worried about some decent blowby, I bought the motor used. So I'm going to rebuild the bottom end, re-ring it. Then if funds are in place and I've paid off some of my debt, I'll be getting the heads ported and going with a bigger camshaft. Hopefully that's what is planned...now if only everything will pan out...lol.

Still looks 100% badass! Good choice in rims. I actually think the TT2s are more "fitting" for your car, even though the CCWs were nicer. You car has a mean stance.

dont get me wrong the CCW's are a great looking rim, but i think 17's are just a damn perfect size for our cars, just enough meat to not make it ride like hell but not too much to where you cant corner if you have too... iunno i think the TT2's look better on your car then the CCW's not that the CCW's didnt look good, but like i said 17's look killer IMO... i not a fan of the lt1 ws6's but yours looks very very clean and mean! good work!

I think these look better than your CCWs - the CCW are a great wheel, yes, but these are more suitable for your car. The only wheel from CCW that I think would look better would be an 18" Classic.

The CCW's are very classy. But the TTII's fit your car very well.
On a side note, what percent tint is your windshield? That is dark as hell!

Really I like it better!! The CCWs are awsome but too big for your car! These look tuff and classy enough for shows! Good choice bro!

crazy! I'm honestly surprised by the response I figured I'd get a bashing for changing wheels back to the TT2s. lol. Yea I change wheels a lot I get that...just gotta do what cha gotta do. ha.

I agree that the tires on 17" wheels are just much more suitable then the 19" wheels. However I did love the ballin look of the CCWs. ha. I WILL have another set, they will be 18" SP500s though. I think the 18" wheel would look killer.
