I am in the process of re-doing my interior. Does anyone know who has a good quality carpet out there that fits like factory? It would also be nice if it came already cut and with the holes in it and ready to be put in.

i just finished my carpet literrly like 10 minutes ago. almost all the carpet out there is made by acc. i bought it from stock interiors.com and have no complaints about them.
however i will say this was a pian to do. the carpet comes in a big piece molded to shape of the floor thier are no cuts made and it is made oversize so you will have to trim and do all the cuts your self. its not bad just take youre time thiers alot of cuts that need to be made. cut a little at a time so you dont cut it to short.

luna123black: Does the carpet you got from stock interiors.com go all the way to the back to where the hooks are in the trunk? Does it also include the piece of carpet in the trunk where the t-tops go?

they offer both. i went with the one piece goes all the way back to the hatch just like stock. if you talking about the thin black carpet where the t tops store then no. they may offer it seperate but i didnt see it listed.

luna123black: So the carpet you got from stock interiors is already shaped or molded like the factory carpet to fit inside the car? I just want to be sure before I purchase any.

after you got every thing cut and the carpet laying down cut the holes for the seat belts and seats. i would not trim the sides untill you have atleast the seat belts back in. the reason for this is i trimmed the sides first but when i tightened down the seat belts it pulled the carpet down tighter on the floor and turns out i was cut a little short. i made it work but would have been easier/safer to trim the sides last.

Just did the stockinteriors.com carpet in mine about 2 months ago and man I love it. The fitment is good and the quality/feel is excellent. Only problem is it's a pain to put in and you end up cutting off alot on both sides. Good luck, but my suggestion is get a buddy to help you and a very sharp utility knife with lots of spare blades as it makes things much easier.
