LOL, might as well buy a convertible for the amount of time and effort it would take.

For all intensive purposes, it's impossible. The T-top/Hardtops were designed seperately from the Convertibles, unlike most convertible cars that are converted hardtops.
But to give you an idea, if it is possible, you'd have to switch out: rear quarter panels, hatch/trunk, interior paneling, interior channeling for water runoff, an actual top frame assembely, steel framing to attatch the top to, a different windshield assembely, and weather stripping. I'm sure there's more to it than that, but the fact is you might as well be building one from scratch if you do this.

For all of it to be done right you would have to rear clip the car across the front floors with a convertable rear clip and across the windshield post with a convertable windshield frame. All in all gonna be money and time ahead to just buy a convertable

im pretty sure to do it right you would basically have to replace your car from the front fenders back with a vert car.... its pretty impractical, vert cars being unibody are braced more underneath, plus different quarters, trunks, let alone the top structure, it would be a really expensive and labor intensive job.
