Do you mean clear coat the engine bay?

Of course I would clearcoat the FRC's but man that would be tough to do the engine bay.

No, maybe I misunderstood the post. I thought he was talking about the FRCs being flat. The SOM is metallic and even on FRCs has a really nice shine when clearcoated.
