Default Removing inside door panels?

Hi all, looking for some tips on removing the inside door panels. I searched and found most of what I was looking for, but now that I have the panel loose around all the edges, it doesn't want to come loose where the electronics are. I don't want to break anything so I thought I would try to find someone who's done this before. Does anyone know what's holding them on there? I went ahead and tried on the other door and it is stuck in the same place. Do I need to unplug the electronics? Seems like that'd be near impossible right now...I can't even get my hand in there at that spot. Anywhere else on the door I can with no problem

TIA.
