HID relay harness question?

HID relay harness question? I have DDM H1 HID low beam kit for my camaro. The problem is one light has a hard time coming on, i used to have to rev the car and that worked for a while and then it stopped working. I took the ballast and light out and the light and ballast worked so it must be a wiring thing or not getting enough power.
The question is do you need to use the DDM relay harness for 25bucks or can i use the EBay HID relay harness for 10 bucks? they look the same but will the ebay be plug and play?

I can't speak for the ebay harness but I can speak for everything else I've purchased off ebay that is "strangely less expensive" and tell you to avoid it. I have the DDM harness and they work great!
