Default Interior detailing....

Basically, how do you do it? I don't need to detail it for a show or anything, just want it to be nice and squeeky clean. I'm great at cleaning the outside of the car, but I'm stumped when it comes to interior tricks and stuff. What do you pro's do and what do you use to make everything shine? I don't have $$ for zaino.. so.. no. haha

On the leather and and porus materials I use Zaino"leather in a bottle" or Mequires Leather Cleaner. They both look good and you can really tell the difference. On any hard plastic/rubber I use Stoner's Trim Shine(about $4) it makes every thing shine like new and works better than armerol, and it protects. Also don't put it on the stering wheel/shifter it will be very slippery. This stuff works great but it takes a while to dry. I wipe it on with a rag or any soft cloth.

Hope this help's. PS Good luck with the show.

Anything greasy on the plastic will just attract dirt. I just wipe the dash and all interior plastic with a damp black washcloth and occaisional cleanings are done with a mini dash duster. That's it! Once it's clean, it's easy to dust it and keep it looking good.

No treatments here.

Just simple cleaning with warm soapy water. Good vac. And an soft paint brush for the nooks, crannys and vents.

Saddle Soap for the leather, and Tuff Stuff for the plastic, but apply with a towel, instead of spraying, it leaves streaks on glass, and not good for the leather I personally use Formual 2001 dressing, works great, and smells like leather!
