Default Body problems?

I bought a 2002 WS6 2 weeks ago. today I noticed the left front quarter is not flush with the bumper. I don't recall my firehawk having this issue. I'm not sure if maybe I just didnt notice this or what. Any input? I dont think anybody hit the car, it hasnt been on a lift, so I am stumped b/c there is no way I think I coulda missed this.
I also noticed a few other little things that I attributed to GM quality control (runny paint spots, left bottom runner thing isn't flush fit in the back.)

if you have jacked up the car, or someone else has, there is what looks like a jack mount, its part of the fender and it bends down with two screws, tons of shops thinkits a lift point and put the jack under it and when they lift it, it bends it down and pushes the fender down, just bend that back where its straight up and down and the fender should come back in, if it breaks, i put a piece of angle iron on mine, and it works amazing.

I checked, it's not it. I do appreciate the input though. Somebody told me that it can happen from torque The car is stock so I don't think that scenario is possible, I could be wrong though.
