Default Need to adjust the fogs

I put in some new HID's in my fogs and Lows. The fog's seem to need adjusted L-R. but the only adjustment screw I can see is one on the top for up and down. Is there another one somewhere?

Idk about Trans Ams but on the Camaro, you can literally stick your hand through the hole in the bumper and adjust them with your hand.

I have had the fog lights out completely and there is no side to side adjustment. There is the bracket that hold them in and one could bend it to which side. Another option is to take off bracket egg out the bolt holes for your side to side adjustment.
