Default Had a fun weekend with the SS!!!

Worked on my SS all weekend getting the motor/clutch/trans and some underhood detailing done. I had the topend apart trying to find a horrid noise. Ended up being a stupid metal header gasket. DOH!!!! Anyway while it was apart I did the wire mod and just cleaned up under the hood a little bit. Here is a pic and a quick vid of first start up since the teardown with open headers. And the final pic is after a full buff and wax with my tired and sweaty ***. LOL

Thanks man. Well I did the wire mod and then did the following

1. sanded and painted the LS6 Intake gloss black

2. sanded and painted the strut towers gloss black

3. sanded and painted the radiator support gloss black

4. sanded and painted my headers, valvecovers, waterpump, altenator and bracket all done in silver

The paint does have some dirt and whatnot in it but overall it looks good and Iam happy with it. Its just nice to have the car running again.
