I am not usually for the euro or ricer type look but I must admit that these you have look pretty decent on the car. They don't look too bad at all. Just don't get one of those Boing 747 wings on the back and you'll be ok! Did you use any brighter bulbs in them?

I know that the stock bulbs on my 99 Dodge Ram sport are bright and I wish that my 01 SS had as much forward projection and were as bright white as my stock Rams Dual headlamps. Thought about the "Silver Stars®" but so far have not met anyone that has actually used them yet. I want bright white as opposed to blue.

Nice ride!

Thank you so much, that is exactly what I was looking for, I work with a lot of wiring like that, but wasn't sure if people were actually splicing the wire or if there was another way to hook them up, didn't want to do it until I knew.
Thanks again.

Hey..aren't those lights off of a 2003 Impala?? Just kidding....I think the lights look great!

Do you have a shot of the lights from straight on....so I can see both?

No more pics yet. Spool is in, but I haven't buttoned up the backing plates or filled the rear end yet (car has to move to get front-on pics).

I want to go to Nitro Dave's dyno day this weekend, so hopefully the car will be running later this week. Also gotta get it inspected.

I ordered me a set 3 days ago, I've been meaning to for a while. As for rice? I'd say borderline, but it's my car so They look good man.

some need to cut-down on the rice-o-phobia, specially when these cars came with "special editions" that had no more power just different "looks".

Your car looks great. I don't see any "rice" there (except maybe for the red wire loom and wire loom "T" connectors).
That shifter lever is looking a bit bare. Maybe you should install a shift boot like this: http://users.rcn.com/my57chevy/shiftboot.jpg
Its the second mod I did to my car.

Is the shift boot mod difficult? Where do I get the boot from?

Honestly? As I posted originally, I'm not up on "appearance" mods, but I personally think the engine bay's over-done with "SS" and Chevrolet 'stuff'. It's very "busy". I mean, you have "SS" under there in at least 6 places... we know it's an SS.

No offense, car looks sharp. Just a little too much for me.
