Default Removing windshield wipers?

one of my windshield wipers broke and i cant figure out how to take the freaking thing off. do i jsut pry it off? or is there a screw?

there's a special tool to get it off. i would highly recomment NOT trying to just pry it off, you can damage your windshield in doing so. as much as i hate hearing it and saying it, im too lazy to do it myself...so try a search.

My haynes manual just says remove the bolt and pull it off. From reading on here it isn't near that easy

They sell a windshield wiper removal tool at advance auto for like 10 bucks.

Same thing happend to me about 2 days before I had to get my car inspected. They wouldnt pass it and I live in Charlotte and was only back in Va where my cars registered for the weekend. So I had to wait till next time as soon as I crossed the Va line i got pulled for no front plate and expired registration.

i just did mine w/ a socket or wrench, listed up that tab then there was a bolt holding it in place
