So, take the VHT that's on there now completely off and start over is what you're saying. I just want to be completely sure so I don't **** it up again.

It doesn't have to be completely removed. Just wet sand it enough so you have a smooth paintable surface. Then apply however many coats of VHT you want depending how dark you want it..Let them dry in between like 15 minutes. I made mine pitch black (4 coats) but the light still comes through fine. Then 3 coats of clear..

looks good man just wet sand and buff them i still got to do mine thinking about doing then this weekened.
